STANDARD DELIVERY @ £5.95
If items are in stock, we aim to dispatch goods within 2 working days. Please allow 5 working days for delivery. If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date. Our standard delivery charge is £5.75 per order to mainland UK, however for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly please add an additional surcharge of £5.50 to the order and for Highlands and Islands of Scotland please add £6.50. All other destinations, please call 01892 557964 for a quote.  Please note a signature will be required on delivery.

This service is only available for goods that are in stock at time of ordering, please ring for confirmation.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering. Some items are more popular than we sometimes predict. If we are out of stock we will endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as we can.

RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason your order does not fulfil your expectations, please return any goods to us in good condition within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange them or refund the cost of the goods. Please wrap goods very securely, giving full details, and return them to us by registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Please note that return postage will not be refunded and we do not offer freepost on returned items.

In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them.
